Due to the personalized and intimate nature of our products (jewelry and gift items), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the cases listed below.

We accept returns or replacements ONLY if:

🚚 Shipping Issues

  • Delays caused by customs or postal services

  • Lost packages marked as β€œdelivered” by the carrier
